While online booking platforms may seem convenient, collaborating with an experienced travel advisor offers numerous advantages. I provide expert advice, insider knowledge, and personalised support, taking the time to understand your preferences and crafting tailored recommendations. Through my extensive supplier relationships and industry experience, I create travel experiences that perfectly match your desires. And importantly, when unexpected travel disruptions occur, you won't have to spend hours on hold with multiple suppliers or navigate various call centres. Instead, you can simply call me directly, and I'll handle all aspects of rebooking - from flights to hotels and transfers - allowing you to relax knowing you have dedicated, personal support throughout your journey.

Itinerary Planning Options:

  1. Full Service Planning: $300 (Upfront – Non-refundable) This fee covers the comprehensive planning and customisation of your travel itinerary, including full booking services. It is deducted from the total cost of your package if you choose to proceed with the booking.

  2. Consultation Service: $150-$300 (Based on complexity) Perfect for independent travellers who prefer to manage their own bookings but would like expert guidance. This service includes hotel recommendations, flight routing advice, itinerary mapping, and scheduling suggestions. Ideal for those who want professional insights while maintaining control of their booking process.

International Booking Fees

  • $75 per adult – Flight Only Bookings

  • $150 per adult – Packaged Bookings

  • $250 per adult – Comprehensive Travel (Round-the-World / More than 4 Destinations) These fees are based on the complexity of your booking.

What's Included:

I manage all aspects of your trip, from researching flight options and securing the best deals to coordinating all elements of your travel (hotels, cruise, car, transfers – you name it). For more complex itineraries, such as round-the-world tickets or multi-destination travel, my extensive experience allows me to craft a seamless travel plan with optimal routing, saving you time, stress and money.

Domestic / South Pacific & NZ Bookings:

  • $45 per adult - This fee applies to all domestic and South Pac bookings.

What's Included:

I handle all aspects of your trip, ensuring you receive the best routes and prices, and provide support in the event of any travel disruptions.

Cruise Bookings:

No Booking Fees. There are no additional fees for booking cruises through me. I am happy to assist you in finding the perfect cruise package and ensuring a smooth booking process.

Additional Services Offered:

  • Travel Insurance: Providing information and assistance in selecting appropriate travel insurance to protect your journey.

  • Visa Assistance: Guidance on visa requirements and processing for your destinations.

  • Special Requests: Catering to unique travel needs, such as dietary requirements, accessibility considerations, or special occasions.

Your journey with me begins with a simple conversation. I offer flexible consultation options to suit your preferences:

  • In-person meetings at your choice of café (Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast areas)

  • Phone consultations

  • Zoom video calls

  • Email communication

  • Core hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm

  • Additional hours available by appointment

  • Emergency support available when needed for travel disruptions

The Planning Process

  1. Initial Consultation: We'll start with a relaxed discussion about your travel dreams, past experiences, and personal style to ensure we're a good fit for each other.

  2. Getting Started: Once we decide to work together, I'll send a secure payment link for the planning fee, and we can begin crafting your perfect journey. I focus on getting your itinerary right the first time, but include up to two re-quotes in my service. **Additional re-quotes are available for a $75 service fee.

Payment Options

  • BPAY

  • Bank transfer

  • Secure credit card payment link

  • Airfares typically require payment at booking

  • Other supplier payments follow their specific terms (detailed in your quote)

Travel Documentation

I offer two convenient options for managing your travel documents:

  1. Digital (Preferred)

    • Access through MTA Companion App

    • Complete day-by-day itinerary

    • All bookings in one place (flights, hotels, cruises, dining)

    • Instant access to all travel documents

  2. Traditional

    • Email documents (free of charge for self-printing)

    • Premium document package ($30 one-off fee) includes:

      • Printed documents

      • Branded travel wallet

      • Luggage tags

      • Document holder

Documents are typically released 4-6 weeks before departure, with early access available upon request.
